Contacting our lodge

Masons do not recruit members into their lodges, which is why you may have heard or seen the phrase: To be one, ask one, but the brothers of the Anson Jones Lodge are always willing to meet with men who are interested in becoming a Mason.

Whether you are interested in becoming a Mason, or are a brother looking for a new lodge home, please feel free to stop by our lodge at 108 E. Willowick in Friendswood at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday nights or give our secretary Richard Perry a call at 713-828-7271 to speak with our brothers about Masonry.

To relieve the distressed is a duty incumbent upon all men; but particularly on Masons, who are linked together by an indissoluable chain of sincere affection. To soothe the unhappy, to sympathize with their misfortunes, to compassionate their miseries, and to restore peace to their troubled minds, is the grand aim we have in view. On this basis we form our friendships and establish our connections.
